WarmCore has been designed to make installation as simple as possible. It has an innovative clip-in bead to make glazing easier, its smart aluminium track means there’s no need for de-sashing and it can be fitted completely. WarmCore has plain, pivot roller and Espag hinges with +/- 1mm adjustments and single and double pivot rollers with +/- 3mm vertical adjustments which, alongside clip-in hinge adjustment packers, make for really precise fitting on site.
The door can be installed with standard or concealed fittings, which changes the fitting method.
The insulation chambers inside the WarmCore frame make it more energy-efficient than thermally-broken aluminium. If it’s fitted with standard 28mm double glazing, the U-value of WarmCore is just 1.4 W/m²K, much lower than the minimum 1.8 W/m²K required by current regulations.
WarmCore is suitable for large building projects. It can be used for traditional single and French doors or wide-span contemporary bi-folding doors, so if you need more than one, the frames can match.
