Are you open?
Answer – Yes. As we are part of the construction/manufacturing industry, we are able to continue working safely.

What are your opening times?
Answer – We are open Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm and for collections before 4.30pm.

Is the showroom open?
Answer – No, The showroom is currently closed due to lockdown restrictions. If you would like a quote, please email your enquiry to [email protected] and we will get straight back to you.

What about collections?
Answer – If you have been notified that you job is ready, please let us know when you would like to collect so we can get everything ready for you. We will need at least up to an 1 hours’ notice before you are due to collect.

What about deliveries?
We will contact you to book your delivery once the job is ready however please ensure you are able to help the driver unload the heavier items like doors etc…

How can I make payment?
Answer – We can take payment over the phone by card or if you prefer to send by bank transfer, please email or call us for the details and we will send them to you.

What is your current lead-time for manufacture?
Answer – Although these times are all subject to change, white UPVC products 3-4 weeks, composite doors 3-4 weeks, coloured UPVC products are 7-8 weeks, all aluminium products including bi-folds 6-8 weeks.
